I understand my bias as a Miami fan but it’s not even close. It’s Cam and then everyone else. I actually like Dart and Shaduer. Dart is an underrated athlete with quick release and an aggressive style. Sanders has elite touch and accuracy with an above average arm. But neither is close to Cam. A quarterback who is always cool and never gets rushed or frazzled is a ******* unicorn. He’s not perfect and he’s going to have to learn to settle for less more often but you can literally line him up under center week one and he’ll be prepared. I was twice as nervous watching games on TV than Cam Ward was playing in them. Dude is just unfazed out there.

This is just QBs who eventually play in playoff games. I’m curious how many of these quarterbacks drafted 1st overalll made the playoffs right away. **** Cleveland has rafted at least 6 or 7 first round quarterbacks who never made the playoffs. There’s other franchises that are essentially quarterbacks cemeteries too. If Cam goes to Cleveland, New York Giants or Las Vegas, I don’t think he makes it out alive
 
So many good running backs this draft. The fact that you can get a guy like Jaydon Blue, RJ Harvey, Brashard Smith, or Etienne in the middle rounds is insane. Especially RJ Harvey… that guy can be a workhorse and the others could be key cogs in your running back rotation and give you 500+ yards as a rookie. Not even to mention the guys who will go in the first 2 rounds who all seem like great prospects.

Brashard has a ton of value. He’s not a starting NFL running back. But…he’s an elite kick returner. He can play wide receiver. He can take a draw on third and 12 and house it. He’s an explosive athlete who can score in a variety of ways.
 
CB is absolutely stacked in this draft.

Azareye'h Thomas
Benjamin Morrison
Nohl Williams
Denzel Burke
O'Donnell Fortune

Are all very skilled Cover Corners outside of the top 4 that you can get from rounds 2-4 & can be expected to be full time starters.

Then there's sleepers like Bilhal Kone & Zah Frazier that could slip to the later rounds, but will still be very good players as they maturate in the league.

Are you high on Azareye’h Thomas? Dude looked real fluid at the combine. I don’t know why he didn’t run the 40; the game speed is definitely there and he has some long *** arms. I doubt he’d run slower than 4.55.

Stroud / Collins
Williams / Moore
Daniels / McClaurin
Nix / Sutton

A lot of times QBs struggle until they get that guy.
Tua, Allen, Hurts etc...

You’ve been spending too much time on CIS if anyone of those guys except for maybe Collins is elite, especially Sutton.

He's got high upside & he's only 20 years old.

Higher upside than Renardo Green & I was high on him in last year's draft.

AZ is a really technically sound press Man Corner. His speed is really the only knock on him, but he's likely on the low side of the 4.5's.

Reminds me of Alontae Taylor, except about a step & half slower.

Which is why I keep preaching that we really need to start recruiting that state a lot more.

The Carolinas produce high level NFL talent on an insane rate. And most of those kids actually live up to their athletic profile; overachievers.
