Figured like last year any news around the country at any level could go in one spot since this forum traffic is lighter.

A lot of D2’s and Naia’s have kicked off along with Juco

Osuna from UNC was at UTampa (was prob going to hit 30 bombs) but with the extra year given back Tenn swooped in and snuck him in a few days ago.

Who was the architect/leader of what they are doing in their Athletic Dept? 25 years ago, that was Miami in 2 men's sports. They are doing it in all 3 major sports.

He's in a very unique position to be able to maintain his athletic administrative power while working with the boosters at the same time it's not really like that in most other places. Here at Miami for example Mario's hired before rad so is rad really his boss? Not every school empowers the AD anymore

Trust me he is in full control of all 19 of their sports...from the crew team to the cross country team he is hands on...

Hands on baseball? Thanks for letting me know. I’ll ask him why we don’t have a serviceable catcher behind Smith next time I see him in the milkshake line.
 
JD urso 4-9 with 2 2B and a Hr in their opening series (Tampa vs Georgia at. 1 vs 13)

I didn’t think he’d be an all American here but I thought he’d be a quality bottom of the order and real solid SS.

Just pushed to hard? Slumped and couldn’t dig out? Or did we tinker and mess things up.
