Yeah they recruited him as a Safety & decided to move him to LB once he got on campus.

He was a RB/ATH in HS.

Last year for 2022 Track season:

Pierre Goree from Duncanville ran a 10.08, he’s a 3-star Safety that signed with SMU in the 2022 class, he played RB at Duncanville though.

Che Nwabuko from Manor TX, ran a 10.17 & he’s a 3/4-star RB that signed with Pitt in the 22 class.

Brennen Thompson from Spearman, ran a 10.22, he’s a 4-star WR that signed with Texas in the 22 class.
(Just recently transferred to Oklahoma)

Jelani Watkins from Klein Forest (Houston) ran a 10.21, he’s a 4-star WR in the 2024 class.
