It appears that Corey Raymond and LSU blew off Jordan Allen last week.

Lafayette Christian Academy defensive back Jordan Allen told 247Sports last week he was supposed to chat with defensive backs coach Corey Raymond on Friday, but he didn't get a call from Raymond. This weekend, LSU has seen the 247Sports Crystal Ball pick up steam for Top247 defensive back Azareyeh Thomas, who is being recruited at cornerback by Raymond.

Allen said he plans to finish out his visits and make his commitment before his senior year with Miami, Georgia, Louisville, Penn State and Tennessee as the schools who have or will receive visits from him. He's coming off a strong showing at LSU Elite Camp.

I think I'm higher than most on Allen. I think his potential at CB is sky high.

Can someone who has actually watched his tape tell me, why do you not rank him high?

I'm sure the high school and all local commits and community are outraged at Raymond just like they would be if that happened at Miami with a local kid......

He's a verified 4.53 in January of his sophomore year so speed shouldn't be a concern. He's competitive and wants to play against the other's teams best. If he's CB3 in a class with Rogers and Graves thats a great class.
