Nevada is now 16-5 & moves into 2nd place in the MW

Mountain West is a solid conference

IMO it’s been the most competitive conference this year.

New Mexico, San Diego ST, Boise ST, Utah ST & Nevada are all tournament teams IMO.

And even UNLV is still a good team despite them being on the downslope & losing 7 out of their 10 games, most of which were very close 1-5pt loses (after starting off the season 11-3). They’re basically the MW version of VA Tech.

But the Mountain West & West Coast Conference have been playing some really Basketball all year, there’s some really good matchups next month with Gonzaga, Santa Clara & Saint Mary’s I’m looking forward to seeing.
