Pitt is probably gonna pull this out. Up 2 with 29 secs and the ball.

Lmao, Pitt immediately turns the ball over.

Actually nope, they overturn it with no good evidence. Weird.

Pitt beats VA! not sure thats great news, as Pitt now 4-0 in ACC play...
...meanwhile nbr 6 Texas abt to be beat by Kansas St..
(Kansas St and Pitt both unranked, but not chopped liver)

Yeah, UVA might just kinda suck

Lol no.

UVA has wins over Baylor, Illinois, and Michigan. Narrow loss to Houston. Their three losses are by a combined 15pts.

Reality is ACC road games are tough, no matter the opponent. Pitt is also good this year. How good is yet to be determined and would like to see how they play on the road, though the UNC and UVA home wins are solid.

UVA style of play will usually result in close games for them, no matter how good they are.

On another note, our schedule reallllyyyy is set up nicely. GT and BC up next. Of course no guarantees but if we take care of business we build in wiggle room for the tough stretch in mid-late January-mid February (really all of February sans Louisville).

One game at a time though, hope the boys come out on fire tomorrow. Go Canes!

Pitt's results so far this year look kind of similar to where we were in early January last season. If I recall, rankings-wise, we peaked at 26 after the Duke win, right at the end of this same week last year. Pitt already has one more loss than we did at that point, but if they beat Clemson this Saturday, don't be surprised to see them near the top 25.

Besides hopefully achieving a nice win over GT soon, icing on the cake would to additionally see Providence beat nbr 4 Conn (8:30 FS1)
