The Miami men's basketball team will play 11 non-league games between Nov. 9 and Dec. 20, with five of those contests—as well as an earlier exhibition affair—at the Watsco Center.

Definitely not great but a little better than some recent years. @Da_Lucky_One is getting his wish playing 4 of the in-state teams, although 3 of them are cupcake games.

My thoughts:
- UCF will be a nice early season challenge
- The Orlando tournament has some quality opponents, but a lot will depend on the results of our first round game (Dayton). Obviously a huge difference between Kansas and North Texas in the second round
- Penn State on the road should be a decent matchup
- I count 6 cupcake games overall (Canisius, FAU, Florida A&M, Lipscomb, Fordham, and Stetson).

The disappointing parts to me are 1. We aren't playing in the OB classic again 2. Why waste a trip to NYC to play lowly Fordham? We couldn't draw a halfway decent opponent like a St. John's or Seton Hall for that game?

Anything worse than 9-2 with this OoC slate is a real disappointment,

So I assume Bensley Joseph is not coming? No new news on him.

Entering the season with 2 unused scholarships. We've seen this story before.
