You never have to leave the state of Florida for a running back...but I don't see the harm in offering five star running backs OOS and recruiting the **** out of them until they stop answering your calls.
Plus, its all about presence when you're trying to get a new pipeline state (for my DUB players out there)...you just want to make yourself seen and active in recruiting in the area and it will eventually bear fruit of the labor. When you got a recruiter whose job is work that area like a madman, you offer EVERYBODY, visit everybody, and just make yourself a presence in the state. The goal isn't so much to get the Tank Bigsby's of the world (would be great, just not realistic), its going to be to get those Savage Ice Giants from beyond the wall, but pursuing everyone is all apart of the plan.
