Would love to finish w Scaife, Reed, Campbell, and Dunlap Jr for our OL's Liberty City El.

Was high on Barnes, but no so much now. My last two wish list for OL was Campbell and Dunlap. Couldn't be happier than Campbell committed to us. Kid has the goods, fa real, fa real.

Was High on this kid since December before he even had his offer.

6'5 280lbs with long arms & very athletic. Yes, he needs work on his technique, but with some Coaching up can become a big time LT.

Once Felder gets ahold of him he's gonna be a beast for us! We've forged a legit pipeline into the Central Fla area & are taking over Gaytor territory.

You were on this early, Liberty City El.

Credit given where credit is due. Nice piece of work.

These awesome recruiting notes are positive turns that i hope will stick to the end. If they do ...
Lord have mercy

Not really a fan of this kid tbh. But at least he has the size and athleticism to be a good tackle, and that's what's important. I doubt he will be seeing any type of early PT. But I trust that in 2-3 yrs, Searles will turn him into a starting Calibur Tackle.
Regardless how he turns out, these past two yrs recruiting on the OL has been at an extremely high level, and that's the key to success - consistently recruit at a high level in the trenches.

I am not familiar with Campbell as a player. Let me ask u something; do he have dat dog in em?

He has an athletic tackle. He'll need to put on weight, but that' fine. This is what Gus is for - put good weight on these guys. He'll need a red shirt, but I'm more than happy with the pick up. Welcome to the U!

So do we take one more ot or call it a day?
I would hope we handle it how we're handling the WR situation...

We have 3 studs at the spot now, we can sit comfortable for awhile before we go all-in on any 4th guy.

We can pick & chose instead of settling, so I think we wait and make a later push in the season for a recruit while keeping the 3 we got locked in.

I'd prefer another tackle but I haven't got ahold of Richt lately. But I agree , no need to reach at this point. If a stud tackle wants in then take him....if not, just move on to next year.

I wanted to post a quick update on Campbell. I know most including myself have viewed him more as a project with good size and frame to grow into. I watched him play last year several times and was not that blown away. A friend of mine who is a major Gator Fan and a very tough critic told me he watched Campbell dominate Osceola High School last week. Hopefully this guy can continue to elevate his play and when Gus gets a hold of him.....lookout. Vaughn, Gaynor, Hebert, Reed, Scaife, Campbell, Hillery and Dykstra sounds pretty good.

Thanks for the update. Looking forward to some updates and highlights from his game tonight against Lingard.
