I'm not gonna doubt Mark Richt. The fact he's seriously recruiting these players says a lot. And a kid doesn't have to play in FL or against great competition to be good. At this stage is more potential than production. Scott was playing at a small school before Golden got him and he ripped up FSU all world secondary
