That's pretty impressive considering UM's LB corps was averaging only 271 this pring. We got 2 strong incoming Freshment his year in Owens and Young.

Darrion Owens:217 lbs, 405-pound squat, 313-pound power clean and 350-pound bench, 30.5-inch vertical
Juwon Young: 240 lbs, 430-pound squat, 308-pound power clean and 370-pound bench, 33-inch vertical.

Denzel Perryman: 243 lbs, 600-pound squat, 308-pound power clean, 400-pound bench, 30-inch vertical.
Tyriq McCord: 245 lbs, 535-pound squat, 301-pound power clean, 350-pound bench, 37-inch vertical
Alex Figueroa: 242 lbs, 415-pound squat, 301-pound power clean, 325-pound bench
Raphael Kirby: 235 lbs, 535-pound squat, 318-pound power clean, 365-pound bench. His vertical went from 37 to 34.5.
Thurston Armbrister: 235 lbs, 385-pound squat, 286 power clean, 315-pound bench, 31-inch vertical.
Jermaine Grace: 210 lbs, 455-pound squat, 252-pound power clean, 380-pound bench, 32-inch vertical.

Where'd you get 271? I'm seeing 294 assuming you're not counting Owens/Young: (308+301+301+318+286+252)/6 = 294

Just quoting the article... not sure if they include other LBs who weren't listed but the guys listed did average higher. I know Blue did not test.

Allison, Mullins, and Quarterman are as elite as it gets. Bruce is expected to pick Miami when he announces his commitment in a few days. Pinckney is very impressive as well.

Couldn't ask for a better start to the 2016 class. Potential program-changing class if we can hang onto the studs and continue to build on this.

This is the kind of start that brings in the rest of elite boys too! Sickening talent wise! Give two ELITE DT's and I may stroke out!

Two? **** I'd love just one.

Could we really pull this kid, Bruce, then Snelson all within an 8 day stretch? The receiver class would be just about full for 2016 then

THIS $UDDEN $UCCE$$ BEG$ THE QUE$TION WHAT i$ THE $TAFF DOING DIFFERENT

Highly doubtful but momentum has definitely changed for sure! I think this can be directly attributed to a few new hires this year. Making some smarter decisions at the street level.

Hopefully this is the mentality of this staff from here on out:
