Havent been this excited for canes football in 10 years.... We finally got the monkey off the back ... To me this is my first year i judge golden on the field and the rest of the staff ... First time this staff has been allowed to play with a whole deck of cards .... Cant wait

Great stuff Dan, as ushe. Your write-ups make the season flow better. Looking forward to it, I have for some reason packaged away my Golden regime Negative Checklist and decided to approach the season clean. I believe we will see some fireworks if we can get any decent QB play.

Scared, not a chance....this is football and it's something to pass the time. I used to take it seriously, get all ****ed off when we lost, but when we do now my day goes on without a hitch.

Excited, this may be the most ambivalent I've ever been. I already see Al and company gone when it makes sense financially for the university. Perhaps the university doesn't care all that much about winning and we'll see him here for a long time and the championship years will be a fond, but distant memory. Part of me says that would suck, but part of me would be okay with it since its only college football. It doesn't pay my bills, deremine happiness, have a thing to do with my health, etc.

Final thing, I hope I'm wrong about Al and company. I'd love to see these young men get the coaching they deserve when they entrusted their talents to this staff.
 
EXCITED!
The defense will be up and down this year...instead of just down.
Even though we're the only team in the Coastal (other than Va.) that has the Noles on the schedule, we still get to the ACC CG in a tie-breaker.

I'm excited about some of the individual talent. Excited to see (hopefully) Kaaya run with the job, and excited to see if the offense can reach it's potential.

I'm scared as **** with regards to our coaching staff and their ability (or inability) to match wits with several of our opponents.

2015 Kaaya takes the reigns, is a difference maker. With a new Defensive Coordinator, the Cane D finally starts to resemble a real Defense. Canes finally win the Coastal.

this is the year that Al and his staff have to prove they can coach up the talent and prove themselves as a staff
can the D improve is or is Dorito a goner . Can Coley consistently execute a game plan beyond big plays. Can Keough adjust during game to avoid d-line trampling the O sets,can we use our Tight end and stop the oppositions tight end. losses to Duke, NC should not happen. FSU is better than us right now. Va. Tech on Thursday is a Tall order otherwise we should win all the rest including the trip to Lincoln.we get to 10 wins 4-5* payers will take notice and stay home.
I think talent is there but have staff concerns, hope I am proven wrong
