Honestly he's good but he's not deon bush good or 5* good... He's a solid defensive back with potential but he still has flaws like any other recruit. Nevertheless, he should have an offer by now
Deon had flaws as well. Go check out some of those 7 on 7 vids of Quincy playing corner. Dude is talented as all **** and would be a heck of an addition to the '14 class
Don't get me wrong I've talked to Quincy myself a couple times I know he's nice but I just don't like when people make him out to Tracy Howard talent when he's not there yet. Dude has serious potential
Especially when they haven't even watched tape of him
Oh most definitely. That's why I said Deon, because even though Deon is seeing some early success, he came in extremely raw and still is to some extent, but his physical gifts supersede his lack of polish at this point and I feel the same way about Quincy. He's bigger than most kids. Got length so that it almost seems like he's jamming you from 5 yards away, yet he's got the good hips to turn and burn.
Tracy is a technician, but I still think his ceiling is noticeably lower than Deon's. Tracy is more Antrel, while I think Deon has Kenny Phillips potential.
I'll tell you this much though, it's nice to have both of em to argue about on OUR side. Golden's doing a great job of keeping these kids here and hopefully Quincy won't take a step outside of south Florida to play College Ball.
