i don't care what it is, get whatever needs to be fixed with Coley and Muhammad fixed. Those two will be animals here.
 
what needs to be worked out for Muhammad?
what needs to be worked out for Coley?

what are we waiting and looking at for Griffin? is it the NCAA clearing house? did he pass the ACT and the state test?
what are we waiting and looking at for Kamalu? is it grade/enrollment related or he is waiting to hear back on sanctions?
what are we waiting and looking at for Bond? i thought it was good to go.. whats up with his case?


can someone give any info on these besides general (waiting on & up in the air)
 
-Some things still need to be worked out with Muhammad, Coley, and Lockley

-Currently in a wait and see approach with Griffin, Kamalu, and Bond


ouch, 5 of the best projected players in the class and kamalu at the position of need.

This is why I never feel comfortable until these guys are suited up and playing.

I guess it's a better sign for lockley that things need to be worked out instead of wait and see. We need to get these kids on campus

Really? Please tell me more and explain the sliding scale. Also, our min GPA and test scores. Also, are there any classes that a student must have coming out of high school, that are not required at other schools? Lastly, how do transfer credits work at the []_[]?

This would hurt, we need those kids here now for depth and to get them ready for prominent roles in 2014.
 
Not only that, we need Bond and Kamalu to contribute this coming season. Hope EVERYTHING gets worked out.

I hope my post didn't come across like that.

I'm not any more worried than I was yesterday or before I read this. Its always a concern for us.

However Golden has shown he knows his way around when it comes to this. We've lost some guys, but certainly no surprises. We've done a great job in that area I think.

The high school kids are not surprising they all had rumored grade and test score issues during thier recruitment but what is up with Bond? Did he go to JUCO for 1 year or 2? I hope they all get in the road is so much harder having to go to prep or JUCO.
 
If a kid doesn't get into Miami, then he doesn't deserve to be here. I'm fairly confident that Al has the pull to get anyone on the margins through. If they are far short, then they would not matriculate at most schools -- it's not a Miami-specific issue.
