Well...Green will probably be starting again. Hopefully McCord will be able to gain some size and push him for a lot of playing time.

We were in the 100s in total defense. Our DC is a *****, the young kids were "learning" and the upperclassmen that did play sucked. Can't shake Dorito, cross that out. Pray the younger talented kids improve, and get concrete footed sloths like Gaines and Green off the field.

I don't mind Gaines starting, but he's only a 2 down LB. He can't cover, but he can thump in the middle. You don't play him much against spread teams and you still rotate in guys like Kirby and Blue to get them experience.

Sweating our depth at safety. Really need Kacy Rodgers to take big step forward and become more instinctive and more physical and play faster. Bush is so physical we almost need him to dial that back just a touch to insure he's able to stay on the field all season. I love his attitude and playing style, which is old school Cane all the way. I predict that before he leaves UM receivers will be crocodile arming passes when he is near.

Gunter played very well last year. People forget he's a young player too.
