2 Year Recruiting Haul..

If King comes back we can be a 10 win team (if next year’s schedule remains unchanged without any cancellations).

The biggest issue we have & will continue to have is lack of ability to recruit Corners, the lack of development at LB & the failure to find stout interior linemen on the OL.

If we fix the GCG spot on the OL our Offense will be even better particularly in the run game & on Defense, we have to find 3 CB’s who can cover down field, right now we have 1 & we have to stop playing slow upperclassmen LB’s. We need speed at LB & CB.

How long will it take to fix these issues? Basically as long as it takes for manny to figure out that his CB recruiting strategy doesn’t work & he needs a new DC & CB’s coach. If that happens, he can be successful, if he maintains status quo he’ll crash & burn.

I think manny has earned a little break seeing as he made a major improvement on offense and very underrated hire at wr and ol coach. His story will either be like goldens where he fails to fire a friend and adjust which will cost his job or he can be a coach for the next 10 years with a homerun hire at lb/dc and cb coach

17 and 18 was every bit as good on paper if not better. Of course transfers affected all of that but still on NSD 2019, it was on paper. We still have time to add some talent for 21 and we need to address CB.

people keep saying stuff like this but this class has the two best players that miami has recruited since duke johnson. with all due respect to lorenzo lingard's ranking the high end talent in this class is simply different. and that's before even getting to the highest ranked recruit at the most important position on the field since 2003.

Unc isn’t invincible. As shown by their losses to fspoo and Virginia. They’re recruiting a tiny bit worse than us at the moment. But they did get really lucky with a stud quarterback.

Couple things here
1) I agree that the top three recruits in this class are better than the top 3 in 18 but the rest of 18 was stacked with top 100 and 250 players.
2) we talk **** now but it was the ambassador and lingawd back then. This is hindsight analysis.
3) Jarren was almost a top 100 player. Not Garcia but still pretty good
4) I didn’t say 17 and 18 **** on 20 n 21 just that on paper it was as good or not better which is true

UNc loses a ton on offense after this year. Both top RB and both top WR are all gone. Sam Howell going to be all alone next year

They brought in a good group but man the top four skill guys they have are impressive. Brown newsome carter Williams all receiving the ball from Howell ? Unreal
 
UNC better make it happen next year. w/ clemson losing lawrence and etienne, FSU as bad as it's ever been, miami likely losing king, and ND shuffling back out of the conference, they won't have many better opportunities to win the conference. they have been recruiting well and aren't going to fall off a cliff but the best QB in school history doesn't walk thru the door very often.

where is king going? He isn’t going to be drafted in the nfl that’s for sure.
