I cancelled my trip down from TN. Im not even going to try and sell the tickets.
 
I walked out of the va tech game at half, didn't watch Duke, and will not go to VA game.

1st game missed in 10 years.
 
**** shame I understand not liking them coaches but to not show up to support the kids is bull****. We truly have the worst fan base in football. Everyone feels entitled off of **** accomplished over a decade ago Lol. The ride won't always be pretty
 
Our fans can't stomach our team quitting and coaches making excuses why we suck, but they have no problem quitting and making excuses why they can't go the games.

I for one applaud anyone who regularly goes to games but has chosen to forgo attending any more of this nonsense. Really getting tired of hearing people accuse some of not being good fans or w/e. The whole 'I'm a real fan because...etc" is total B.S. IMO those of us who actually practice some form of accountability are the ones who get it, not these other blind sheep who would follow Golden off a cliff...SMDH
 
People go to games when they think they are going to see a good product. A team that has been crushed three weeks in a row vs. a corpse from Charlottesville doesn't meet that standard. That's all it is. I don't think it says anything about our fans. Our fans are no better or worse than any other fans.

Go to the game. Don't go to the game. Leave early. Stay late.

Same place I have for the last 15 years, good or bad, Sec 138. Like I said more excuse from our fans . The same fans that are *****ing and moaning about all the excuse the coaching staff is making why our defense sucks! Try holding yourselves to the same standard you hold the players and coaches.

Can't disagree with this enough. Attendance at games is beyond embarrassing. By that metric alone, Canes fans are worse, much worse than other top programs. And it's not even close.

Are you really oblivious to the concept that people vote with their dollars?

If you go to a restaurant and the waiters are all busting their *** to give you good service but the food sucks and the owner refuses to fire the chef because its his best friend from college, do you continue to go back to that restaurant because of the waiters?? I dont!!!

Dude I have season tickets, went to the school, and go to all in state aways along w one out of state away. I do my part but I don't blame anyone for not going Saturday. The team gave up the last two weeks.

That's a horrible analogy lol. Seeing as its senior day and their last home game I'd say they deserved a good crowd. W or L they still kids that put they bodies on the line to entertain us. Fans don't show up to games then cry because recruits leave town over atmosphere. No matter how bad we've played we are still 7-3 and still have a chance at 10 W's
