Chestnut was good, so was DywerThat was miserable, cold, boring.
Vargas is good. No one else.
Accurate, but sadly staying was still a better life choice than going to the basketball game. That was miserable, cold, boring.

Fully agreeI know CIS baseball had this debate last year of Long vs Villegas. It's obvious the coaches feel Villegas has beat him out.
However, I just don't see Villegas as a more productive option especially in the leadoff spot. Long brings a running game with less strikeouts and better speed in CF getting to balls other guys can't.
Just my opinion. Any thoughts?
Gotcha!Going on the pat 5+ years have struggled with mid week games facts are facts
Villegas …Long…..CostelloGreat thought!!! Villegas likely makes that catch on the bloop fly ball to LF where UCF scored multiple runs.
Gotta go or not go with the signsYes, - no brainer. If they throw through, you send Villegas from 3rd. And Long stayed put two innings before as Dorian ended inning w DP.
Vargas was really impressiveThat was miserable, cold, boring.

11.25 ERA, 2.19 WHIP is good?Do people in here really think Chestnut had a bad game? that was honestly one of his better performances in our uniform
Stats are very deceiving, The videos im trying to post are not allowed, says the file is to big, dm me on twitter so i can send you what i saw and why i am not blaming chestnut for caba's mistakes11.25 ERA, 2.19 WHIP is good?
ERA misleading. The guy who came on fir him needed to record one out but allowed all inherited runners to score11.25 ERA, 2.19 WHIP is good?
These people are so lost it's crazy. UCF threw their #3 pitcher... we threw our #5 pitcher. UCF had two games canceled last week. Again these are the people who opinion should be irrelevant. Only come in these chats to push negativity and legit propaganda. Let me know when you're in here during the winsAt no point should the University of Miami have a right hander throwing absolute puss as their midweek starter.
It’s not that he had a bad game, but he is going to get ROCKED against any team with a pulse on offense. 85-87 with a 71-73 mph curve is legit Division 3 stuff. UCF’s arms looked better than ours, which is saying something.
The fact that our head coach (the pitching coach mind you) can’t find anything better is pathetic. We’re going to have to hit the portal hard for a plethora of arms in the summer of ‘24.
At the plate, the approaches were poor tonight. Zero aggression, a lot of fastball takes right down the pipe in early counts.
As someone that played collegiate baseball and worked in scouting departments, I’m completely aware of the situation and the quality (or lack thereof) of arms that were on display last night. These people are so lost it's crazy.
