I like our approach so much better already at the plate. Controlled swings, aware of the count/situation, etc.

Yeah it’s only one game but this is a welcome change. This was the arm I thought we’d be in a typical war with for 5-6 innings. I’d love to see us put up about 15 and wear out their pen even more so game 3 and 4 leave them with nothing.

Gotcha, thanks. Never know what kind of stock to put in where high schoolers are drafted since some are set on going to college once its past a certain round so someone drafted in the 13th may have been a 5th on some team boards but they didn’t want to waste a pick.

exactly. Jimenez is another one that should of gotten drafted top50 player in HS, he wanted to go to school though, he lives in my neighborhood, his family is not starving for money.
