#17 the best?

He needs a healthy OL that includes Sentrel, Collins/Duke and that JUCO TE. It will b his 1st spring as starter and he won't b playing KSU and ND out of conf.

There are two modest, realistic improvements I'd like to see Morris make:

1) Complete the throws that should be automatic. He misses 2-3 gimmes a game. More consistent fundamentals will help.

2) Trust his athleticism. He doesn't need to turn into a runner, but when he gets out of the pocket his arm becomes extremely dangerous. You saw the big plays against NC St., USF and Duke.

Those two things alone will make a world of difference.

The UNC game was very disappointing for me. It was like watching Jacory.

Morris had been doing a great job all year not forcing the issue but it seemed like all his deep throw success went to his head in that game and for some reason he couldn't adjust to how they were playing him. He should have been able to tear them up underneath.

There's going to be guys open for Morris all year next year, he just has to make those adjustments because when he gets on a roll, he looks absolutely fantastic.

It's going to be right there in front of him, provided we can get a decent running attack going.
