'13 game vs gaytors

Nix called that game TERRIFIED. Although he did have a true freshman and RSF playing QB. We better have ACC refs for next year's game since they had SEC handlers when we went up there.

Yeah. The ACC ref's are always fair when doing UM games.

We had nothing to lose in that game and he coached like the biggest ***** on the planet. Unforgivable.

Bill Young on the other hand, had himself a heck of a game IMO.

2008. That year that they lost to Ole Miss, then Tebow gave his teary-eyed speech.

And yeah, that overturning of the out of bounds call swung what had been a close game in their favor.

Not that we were going to win anyway, our Marve and Jacory lead offense was hapless and helpless.

That was some home cooking officiating at its best. BS call all the way

Our defensive scheme was NASTY that night. Bringing the pressure from everywhere. They got two really bad calls in their favor and Nix was indeed awful. Only way to win that game was balls out. Defense did, offense didn't back them up.

That Gator catch from Tebow (which was reversed by the replay crew) was one of the worst officiating calls in that entire season and it completely turned the momentum of the game in favor of Florida.

That play still ****es me off.

Best part of that game besides Randy's whining and the whole it will help us more than they will ever know bullshiz.

Anyone remember taking a knee (2) in the final minutes of that game? Anyone ever remember any game EVER that the losing team takes a knee or two at the end of the game?

That was embarrassing IMO. I've never been so ashamed of being a Cane.

To me it was as bad as that ***** gator receiver that caught a ball against us in the 2003 Sugar bowl and slid because he didn't want to get hit.

Yeah it was that bad.

Idk. That would have been 4th down, they would have punted us the ball with about 6 or 7 mins left iirc and we were only down by 6. Who knows?

We would have needed a huge defensive or special teams play to win that. We couldn't even cross the 50 yard line other than that one time.

This.

I think I'd rather take my chances with the SEC refs. At least if we're gonna get screwed, let it be by some zebras that aren't full ******.

Me too, everyone focused on the player being in bounds, while ignoring the fact that that he didn't catch the ball.

And so what if we hadn't crossed the 50 yet? In a close game, anything can happen.

Does anyone have a clip of that play? I honestly cannot remember due to too many other bad calls over the last few seasons.

Got to 4:29 of the video, on the first showing of the play you can see the ball rolling on the ground.
