Great 2nd half and extremely well in closing minutes. Butler looks smaller but good ball handlers and shooters. Along with strong coaching. No one will be taking Miami for granted this season.

My boy TJ could barely take two dribbles without losing it off his own foot three years ago. Now this guy is one of the best big men in the best conference in the country. COACH Ls Impact has been amazing on some of these guys.
 
Absurd how good we looked. The depth is crazy. Thought Murphy was decent for the minutes he played, want to see more of him.

First 10 minutes of the second half was a bit scary, we couldn't really score. Worst stretch of the season so far.

We can score in bunches, and quickly, end of the 1st half & the 8 point run around 8 minutes to go when we stretched the lead from 10.

What Coach L did with Gamble was a miracle, Jekiri is looking like a draft pick, Izundu looks promising in his limited minutes, no limit for what he can do with Miller & Huell. Jerkiri's first ever 20/10 game and he did it against a possible lottery pick. And we should have force fed him and ICU in the post a lot more once they took portle out in the 1st half.

Newton is so up and down, he'll **** me off and make me shake my head in amazement on back to back possessions. He can be selfish and immature and I'm a big fan of his.

I'm done hating on Angel and his FG% as is he is a true floor general out there.

Sheldon so far this year: 20 PPG, 66% FG & 50% 3PT

We'll see that ***g ot Tyler Lewis who went off against us as a freshman when he played for NC State in 2012-13 transferred to Butler. I don't know anything about him but people make a big deal about this Kellen Dunham guy....was 5-20 today.

That's the same kid? Didn't realize. Butler looked freaky good in the first game and then kinda flat today. I think they're for real though.
 
Butler scored 144 in their first game. We can beat any team in the country so I am confident we will beat them. I bet we are favored, not that it means anything.

Isn't it nice to have a REAL COACH in some sport? Coach L was good at George Mason and I was so glad we got him. Our clueless administration would have never hired him if he hadn't lobbied for the job. When they saw his last name, they decided he was okay.
