Not enough for The Work and not necessarily a ton of new info, but I got more confirmation on a few things today -
**Lamont Gaillard will be here this weekend and Miami feels like he is flippable.
**Good chance Scarborough makes it for the official visit this upcoming weekend. No guarantees, but his unofficial was not just a get-away.
**Still no worries about Demetrius Jackson from Miami's side.
**Kaaya has given Miami no indications that he won't be at Miami.
**Almost not worth mentioning Valentine to Miami fans at this point...LSU
**Trending up with JC Jackson.
**Miami believes that Chad Thomas will stick, but look for them to turn up the heat in the coming days. They know that the FSU visit made an impression on him.
**As of right now, it looks like Lenius will be a part of this class.
**Miami is very much in it for Ross. Don't know if they lead, but his interest is extremely real especially after last weekend.
**They aren't recruiting any "back-up plan" types at this stage. The only prospects they are legitimately talking to are legit Miami kids.
Gaillard was suppose to be at UM last week too. UGA is doing everything possible for him to not make trip.
Also, if today were Friday, TV would not be visiting UM. LSU has a big lead.

I think it's safe to say that LSU has finished the race with Valentine.
Bo is a beast but he's not on Cook's level.
Cook is a beast but he's not on Yearby's level.
Cook > Yearby > Bo
Thanks for the info Pete, but nothing but wishful thinking there. Nice to get the visits, but that ****'s full of super long shots and Hail Marys.
THIS^^^
Is the Golden flirtation with Penn State literally the only reason TV ain't coming? That's hard to believe.
Reframe this a little bit. For what we need in a RB given what we have on the roster--we need Bo more than Cook. Cook has the highest ceiling of likely any RB in this class, but Bo can help us right away as a bigger back with speed/agility for days...and he could still end up being a better back than Cook when all is said and done if Cook doesn't develop like we all think.Bo is a beast but he's not on Cook's level.

Cook > Yearby > Bo
Yes, because Bama has long record of only recruiting 3rd or 4th best RBs. Perhaps you think Cook is better than Fournette also?
My favorite comment from Pete's update is no Plan B's! That has me feeling good as there is a lot of talent considering us and its time to get some positive upward program momentum leading up to next season's tip off.
If we get Gaillard I won't feel that bad about losing Valentine.
If we don't get either...massive failure.
I would be very happy with Gaillard, he is an elite DT just like TV.If we get Gaillard I won't feel that bad about losing Valentine.

Pete what do u make of these rumors that Lane could come if Miami adds some more talent like JC and also if he gets slow played by FSU at the last second due to them getting another big WR.
Lane is not coming
"Kaaya has not given Miami any indication that he won't be at Miami"
Did you go to the Dan Dierdorf School of Journalism and major in Double Negative studies? Come on kid, you're a better writer than this.
Fishbein knows his chit. Where does he post?
i am trying to remain positive but what is the attraction with Bo? is it purely a depth chart issue. he really has a good chance to play immediately here. a guy like him would help make our defense instantly better.
