Mario snagged a TE late from Bama a couple of years ago who seems to have flamed out elsewhere, we taking that type of build/role?

So...

We doubled him all night when he was by himself backside. He was able to body Sherod Gourdine for a couple hitches/comebacks, nothing major.

West Broward adjusted and put Moore outside in their Trips formation (including Trips bunch). It's really hard to double a guy from that formation. They used the slot WR's to run vertical and occupy the LB and Safety then ran Moore underneath on digs, enabling him to use his body. (that's how he scored) Our Safety misjudged it, missed the tackle, touchdown. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I was mostly impressed with his blocking.
I'm not sure he's a WR at the next level though. He's BIG. I wouldn't be surprised if he grew into an elite pass catching TE
Oh boy. That last sentences will open the CIS flood gates

Lol he's not slow.

That was my only concern with him. But if we're using Moore against LBs and box safeties more often than outside corners, he's physical and clearly will have enough speed to be a mismatch at the top P4 level. ... This kid can be very good if used correctly. People seem to think there are Jeremiah Smiths growing on trees.
