Shawn David has spent his formative years trashing Miami and the U, yet now he's willing to forego his own stated intentions and come to Miami so he can start a few weeks earlier than in turdland?

At the same time, he's telling anyone that will listen, yelling it on social media from the highest mountain, but he's all gator.

The only way this makes sense, is if somehow he won't be able to enroll in Gainesville, either early or with the regular class. Making Miami his only option between the two. But how can that be? If he can't get into Florida, he can't get into Miami.

Something's rotten here.

is it possible that there's no space for him at UF as an EE, but there is at UM?

Who knows? I wasn't aware that there was a limited enrollment for EE. I don't know if there's such a thing as a limit to the numbers of EE's.

aren't EE retroactively counted towards the prior years class? If so, the cap on what you could bring in is whatever space you had left from last years Enrollment

I believe they CAN count towards the previous year, IF you want them to

So it wouldn't be the hold-up bc even if they were full for 2016, UF can still count him towards 2017 and simply let him start early, right?

Just went through his Twitter. Didn't realize how hard he was denying Pete's report. This gon' be good.

There is no cap on the amount of EE's you can have, There is only a cap on how many you can apply to the previous years roster.

I'm not sure about why Pete says he has no choice. Barring his offer being pulled, he only has no choice if he is determined to be an EE and UF can't accommodate that.

That Twitter **** talk is going to bury us. You should start a thread about this.

He's called the Enforcer for the reason.

I thought that was Arn Anderson

Nah. Brock is the enforcer of all things UM recruits twitter related. Don't try him. He'll catch you.

If Broke is our enforcer, no wonder we got so many trolls lately.
(Don't blow your top Brock, it's just a joke)

CIS needs to hire JuanfromLittleHavana or Cane Dynasty. Those are some legit tough guys right there.

Anytime you want that d!ck taste smacked outta your mouth let me know

Thank you. I'm still confused as well. I'm not doubting that Pete is being truthful based on the information he received. I just do not understand why Davis would do this. The EE angle is not making sense to me.

Can someone give a recap? After 23 pages I'm not sure what is actually going on.

Pete says Davis reaches out to UM

Everyone proceeds to crown Pete and Davis

Ivins follows suit and writes a story

Power Guy is paying off!

nycane confirms through his sources and brings up Harley again

Davis gets word and denies it all on twitter and states how he is all Gator

Everyone proceeds to rip Pete and act like Davis sucks

Once again no such thing as Power Guy in Miami... only Power Bags

nycane points to Harley situation

Pete stands by story and D$ stands by Pete

Everyone speculates as to what the **** is going on

Davis MAY be a take again

Davis has always been a take. They never stopped recruiting him.

Ivins has his own sources so if BOTH pete and ivins confrim it, it def happened.

I don't doubt that Pete told us what he was told, but I'm not sure his source had it right this time. My Miami sauce say Davis all Gator. He NOT coming. Next.

I never once said he was coming. My source was correct here on what I reported.

We need to you to do this for every thread, and it should be posted at the top.

I think what can be assumed from this situation, is that Davis to UF might be in jeopardy. That doesn't mean he ends up here. But something is clearly going on between the Davis and UF. It's a really fishy situation.

So basically we have 9 days to convince him to be an early enrollee.

Talk about a longshot.

Now that he's busted out - we're past convincing. He's on the pot and he's in a bad spot.

So David is Mr. Gator and hates Miami and UM but he might come here if he has to wait a couple months to enroll at UF? Sounds legit.

Right, it's just like with Brandon Powell...things were slightly inconvenient so he went to uf. In both cases it's the university's fault. If you can't get a kid in on the exact day he wants, what do you expect?

Difference being Powell was a yuge Gator faqquit.

Blows that the staff even has to entertain a recruit like this. Due to dismal depth and symmetry at Safety, they are in no position to pass up even a glimpse of hope this kid might come. Praying for better days ahead!

We're still missing something here.

Something isn't being told.

The actions taken by all parties do not reflect identified motivations.
