And he had tavon austin at wvu. That’s who he can sell branch on being
Being up here in Maryland, Tavon Austin was the best high school player I’ve ever seen in person, dude was electric and I think he still holds the Maryland record for several offensive stats. Now, Ty Johnson who plays for the Bills went to my old high school and he just had speed that you couldn’t teach, wasn’t on Austin’s level but he held his own.

Recruiting dept needs overhauled. Both years we are scrambling for qbs.

Last year we got desparate and took Poff
This year its still unknown who we take. And our #1 option already at OU.

How did we not have any contigency plans and Plan 1A and 1B
They fact they took Poff was a sign they were ****ed and then luckily forced Cam to somehow sign here.

Otherwise it would’ve been Poff and Emory.

Now it’s Emory and Nickel.

This always falls on the head man. This is unacceptable.

In the end, it may end up working out for him in getting lucky with a QB but this is definitely not the way to go about this process.

Class 3 we brought in a good one
Class 4 has 1 committed
You need to lock 1 good up every year
Problem was we were behind since most good qbs committ early.

Not saying we shouldn't have done better but the trend is moving in the right direction

I agree.

Like with anything, coaches get all the credit when it works, and all the blame when it doesn't

if he can somehow get a good portal qb this year to Bridge to nickel in 2026, then it worked perfectly.

if we're stuck forcing nickel to start too soon this year or playing emory then he deserves all the flak and blame as it was mismanaged for sure
