Land Stewart, Scott, Breland, Trader and Patterson and everyone calms the **** down. The problem is that while its very possible we do, its not a lock.
“It’s not a lock” is a very optimistic framing. How about: “it’s highly unlikely.”

I’m still baffled Buchanon did nothing here

The flip to the Gaytah and then the flip back was mass hysteria

Yeah, we have a looong list of either bad evals or bad/not great development. I thought highly of Tyler mcmeans, futch, Aldarius, and believe it or not I really liked Stephen Morris as a recruit. I consider him a hit because he wasn't highly rated. I wanted Bailey, Ray Ray Armstrong, and A. Brown to be better here...but I really didn't think Brown was that legit at the time. Bailey should've played on the line like we wanted him to.

Yeah Morris definitely was a hit I agree. Marcus Robinson was another tweener that just never got there

Bro, I was just saying how I swore up and down Jordan Futch was going to be the next great thing here. Ironically, it was also the last time I tried to do an eval. Misses happen, we just have A LOT of them.

Dutch got kicked off his own high school team. I figured Radio was such a hard *** he would know how to manage the situation. His “doghouse” was legendary but a paper tiger.

Btw i said it before and say it again, u cant tout how much effort and resources u putting into DL recruiting and strike out. Sorry.

U must get 3 of the elite rated players, Scott, Stone, Stewart, Breland, Franklin and Simmons, thats 50%. Then fill the class with other borderline elite DL, Jones, McCray, Lightfoot etc. Thats what yall been building all spring, thats why there was free pool party for Mother's Day at Cristobal's house etc. For me to consider it success

I didnt set these expectations, thats what came out from people on ths board, even Wiltfong . We want the best DL class in the nation. JT could be recruiter of the year. Lets see it.

If u give me top 2 or 3 DL class within a top 10 overall class am good.
So if we don't land 3 5star DLineman this class can't be a success?

Stephen Morris is a hit because he is the NUMBER FOUR ALL-TIME PASSER IN MIAMI HISTORY. Fourth most passing yards. Fourth most touchdown passes. Fifth most completions.

Maybe Miami didn't have the team to win more games when Stephen Morris was our QB, but he was a **** good quarterback for Miami. For anyone.

With how they have set up this recruiting class, i think less is a failure.
If we landed 3 of them then 1 lost a star would it still be a failure, because it isn't 3 5stars... ? Like it really is dumb to solely base judging our recruiting success as a pass/fail with DLine on whether we get three 5stars or not. Imagine saying our OLine class last year was a failure because we only got two 5stars and we failed to land Olaus Alinen...

Also there is plenty of space between and ELITE haul which make no ******* mistake, landing three 5star Dlineman would be, and a "Failure" of a class. Idgaf what they were hyping this DLine class up as, if we land two 5stars, that isn't a failure. Period.

Well 2 of those in Breland and Franklin aren’t actual composite 5 stars right now but they are elite regardless.

@DMoney what ever happened with us and Jamari Howard. Feels like we had some momentum after the decommit and can’t remember the last time I heard his name in a bank.

U can have you opinion and i can have mine bro. Its all in on the DL and those 6 players are the heart of it. We are sacrificing other positions and taking developmental guys to focus time and resources on this position. Simple.

No way Pruitt is not a 4 star on National Signing Day. I have $100 on this for anyone who wants the action.
Composite ranking willl be the final measuring stick. I welcome all takers.

Just be wary of 5XNC if he takes you up on that.
