Thing is.. he’s ALWAYS in good position when the ball is in the air! He just doesn’t know what to do at the point. It’s crazy!! BUT, it is fixable, so maybe, just MAYBE the coaches helped him fix it!….

Ironically - this is exactly how I felt about our CB coach DeMarcus Van Dyke when he played. Always felt like he got himself in great position to make a play, then just wouldn't make the play.

It’s true. Listen, we’ve all seen the games. If I was a betting man, the odds are this plays out exactly how it’s played out the last three offseasons.

I just really want to see Ivey succeed. He does everything right and has dealt with a lot from the fan base. The quotes from coaches and scouts are real. There is ability there. Let’s hope he has a Brandon McGee-type turnaround as a senior.
Ivey’s a helluva young man. Would love to see him be as successful on the field as he is off.

Great podcast and great interview! Really looking forward to these over the full season. Appreciate the effort going into making these.

At this point w/ Ivey, I'm basically here:

"There's an old saying ... that says, fool me once, shame on — shame on you. Fool me — you can't get fooled again."
Fool me one time, shame on you. Fool me twice, can't put the blame on you. Fool me three times, f*ck the peace sign, pull out the chopper let it rain on you.

Good show guys

The one name I did not hear on the D line was Harvey

Have all those others (Aguda , Williams , Mesador) all passed him up in the D end rotation ?

Sorry D, this is simply false. He’s just a bad football player. Tape don’t lie, and there’s plenty of it.

Cam definitely makes the Shaq Quarterman all stars for solid players at the U who for some reason get hated on excessively.
Cam had quite a swing among the fanbase. After his Freshman season he was being hyped as the next Duke Johnson. A couple games into his Junior season people were really high on him again.

The hype was too much - but the pendulum swung too far back the other way. I think partially because people flipped to hyping Chaney/Knighton instead.

I agree with you - Cam was better than how he'll probably end up being remembered.

Cam Harris interview was great man and I enjoyed to hear it. Hope all goes well for him, true cane
