An update on Carter's progress.

His ANC (white blood cells), have gone up to 20,000, which is pretty good, seeing how yesterday it was 0. He's also having fluid retention, and fevers, which point toward the engraftment process beginning.

In a nut shell, his body is ready.

Carter's counts continue to surge. Speaking with the doctors, his progress is ten days ahead of schedule.

His ANC (infection fighting, white blood cells) are what are watched the closest, and they usually don't start going up until day twenty, his are up high 11 days after transplant. All in all, the doctors are elated with his progress.

In an unfortunate turn of events, his hair has fallen out, but the cuteness still persists.

We've received some things in the mail for Carter, and wanted to say thank you, and be looking for something in the mail back as appreciation.
