Miami Slotted Eighth in College Football Playoff Rankings

The Miami Hurricanes moved up one spot to No. 8 in the third College Football Playoff Rankings released Tuesday evening.

Miami (9-1) was seeded third as a projected conference champion.

The Hurricanes were ranked 10th in the US LBM Coaches Poll and 11th in the Associated Press Top 25 on Sunday.

Miami concludes its home slate against Wake Forest at Hard Rock Stadium on Saturday. Kickoff is set for noon on ESPN.

Sooo does Indiana get screwed now?

They play Oregon in Big 10 Championship, if they lose, they get dropped to what number?

Does OhSt get #5 seed now?

If they're trying to value conference championships a 2 loss ACC champ loser should be #5
