We're basically OU under Riley. Great offense with a defense that couldn't stop anyone. People here loved his offense but always, I mean always, questioned how good they really were and expected a surprise loss somewhere due to the defense.

That could be fantastic news though for our stud QB. It forces us to keep the chains moving in offense. It worked for the Heisman there and unless the wheels fall off, you've gotta like his chances right now.

Just keep winning and all will be good. Surprised to see a couple #2 and some 3 votes. Surprised Reese Davis had us at 5. I do think 6 is fair for now. Gotta start winning games like a top 3 team and blowing out some inferior/mid teams.

We are not ranked above 6 because our defense has played like trash & we have squeaked out Victoies in games in which there is a narrative we only won due to officials bailing us out, without looking for themselves.
