No one said anything is guaranteed to translate. But I still dont understand your argument. From your own words, it’s clear that using the pros as a measure of who has a better career makes no sense when we are supposed to be recruiting guys to play in college.

Don’t read too much into this. You gave one example. I gave another example. That’s all. There’s no argument between us.

Maybe we will.disagree and argue about something down the road but this isn’t it.

Seymore is 2021, Denis is 2020.
El, what do you think about letting K. Love commit and taking that spot from Dennis for now? I'm a fan of K. Love, the boy is country strong and has some atheleticism to him. Seems like he would be a productive guard here.

If Dennis wants in later, then the staff can make their decision to either keep Love or let him go. I just don't want to be left empty handed at the end.

Lets stop recruiting them

It's sad that so many people can't handle reading comprehension.

It is not about whether we have recruited them or not, I just find it amusing that the Gaytor fans won't have a lot to crow about (Paradise Camp, that is, we already know they are jizzing on one another about the Wingo flipz).

Furthermore, if a kid doesn't choose Miami, we move on with our lives and try to find a replacement. Gaytor fans moan and groan about losing a 4-star and being forced to take a 3-star, because their class ranking will suffer.

Denis is still a take.

We get the last OV for him, so I think it would premature to pass on him & we actually still have a good shot at landing him. FSU was always the worry with him, but now they're seemingly out of it for Denis so it's pretty much us, Oregon & LVille.

Oregon has the tendency to wow kids on their OV's, but other than that I'd wait until after he visits us on his OV & push for a commitment, if he doesn't commit, then move on.

But I like Khris Love as a prospect too & anytime we can get an AH kid on this team is a big W, so if Denis does go elsewhere then year full court press on that kid.
