Miami has its first portal visit lined up.

Interior offensive lineman Jordan White, who played for the Liberty Flames last season, will visit Miami on December 11th. Gaby Urrutia of 247Sports was first to report.

The 6-foot-2 300-pound offensive lineman played 759 snaps and started 11 games for the Flames this season. He has the 6th highest PFF grade of interior offensive linemen.

Coming out of DeMatha Catholic High, he originally signed with West Virginia before transferring to Liberty.

White has also drawn attention from Michigan, Vanderbilt, South Carolina and Colorado since he entered his name in the portal.

What spot would he be playing here? We need Center and LT right? I guess LG play wasn't stellar. But we should be returning Cooper, Mauigoa and McCoy right?

Making sure the OL is solid is right behind fixing the defense for me.
You think adding pieces to an already solid oline is more important than QB?

Gotta say I disagree on that one. Guard would be like 6th on my priority list rn

Whatever it takes to win. Need all of those I mentioned and fortifying the OL should be stacking chips, not plugging holes Year 4 with two OL coaches never to be questioned.

Defense and quarterback have moon crater size holes in them and the first thing we go for is the olline
If he's the first person in the portal that fills a need and has interest in us then yes, he'd be the first to visit. Most people planning to enter the portal haven't done so yet. Start your whining if we don't go after any DBs and other needs in the portal. Whining that this guy is first is just whining to whine

More interested in hearing about the Brinks truck that is on its way to Indiana and should be at least to I65 by now.

Its so important they should make it that Good Greek semi and have the dude document his trip up there like they did for the Cal game.

It’s way early in the process but still fun to **** post. But that said generally you default to what you know and so OL is easier for us.

I’m all for adding better players anywhere we can get em. But this better be because this kid is moving quick and we have other moves lined up but not announced

Just because this is the first public visit doesn't mean he's a higher priority than anyone else lol. You guys will find anything to hate on. The portal isn't even officially open yet
