Stop with the lies. It was Dorsey’s play calling that was the biggest issue.

He’s just not good at it

Yep he isnt good at it .

My best friend cousin Bills diehard was happy he left and was complaining about him even during wins.

But he hates all things miami as well is a seminole and orlando magic fan lol

We need someone we can hate after 6 games... so it can't be Kenny

He should try to go back to where he grew up and try to hitch his wagon to Shannahan for a couple years

I’ve got Bills season tickets, it was always a struggle with Dorsey as the OC, like nothing would come easy to the offense compared to Daboll or now with Brady.

He can game plan and is a solid coach, but after the first drive stript is over, it’s rough.

Well if he can get the plays called in on time, he's already better than Mike McDaniel, lol

We should have fired Gattis week 5 during the bye week. Ponce could have gotten more out of that team, I said it then and I still stand by that.
I won't argue with that. Not extremely different than this season on the D side.

Biggest difference is we didn't really have a qualified number 2 after Guidry failed. I wonder, if we did, when would have been the right time to make that move in hindsight. D was an issue for most of the year, but we kept winning and its hard to upset that apple cart

Agreed. There was a similar reference made early in the season with Napier -- ie: if you fire him, who on staff is there to step in, may as well let him try to figure it out.

Hes also insanely competitive. We need that.

Every person who plays football and coaches it is going to be competitive. Its not a barameter for success

100% untrue to the 1000000% degree. I can tell you with certainty having sat in on meetings in the SEC and the Big10 this is not true at all.

Let me rephrase, some people think they are competitive, and then there are guys that are competitive.

My personal philosophy is always try to win. The wins are paramount and they are worth every penny. You shouldn't fire someone during the season if it will cost you even 1 win.

Agree to disagree. Being competitive is no indiator of sucess especailly when it comes to playcalling which Dorsey is not good at
