Surtain looked like a clown show trying to cover Jeff Thomas.
P.S. If Surtain goes anywhere other than LSU broke needs to take the gas pipe. He's been pretending to be dialed in on him for a year and claiming the only reason Rumph doesn't stand a chance to sign his former player and the son of his close friend Pat Sr is because Jr is preordained to LSU.

I just said I love both prospects, and I meant it.. I would not want to get rid of either. But just as a realist I'm going to be genuine and admit Surtain is better. It's just the truth
You never know how careers will unfold, but as of now I simply like Surtain more. However that doesn't mean I'm bashing our guys or not supporting them, and I don't want people to get that wrong idea. Both are legit and will be studs.

I'm not sure they need to drop bags for Nesta. Campbell Jobe or Hall sure, but not Nesta, not yet. Our biggest thing and we always knew this was that a lot of this was comin, and in order to hold onto the class we were gonna have to show out on the field.

Y'all need to decide right now if you want to be dogs or not. Elite schools want our elite players. Get used to it or join Butch at FIU.
Campbell never showed up on Miami's campus today, but makes it out to FIU to chum it up with tOSU. Pretty strong sign that we are not his leader, no matter what his cousin says. Actions speak louder than words fellas. I don't necessarily think these guys are a package deal, but if Campbell picks tOSU, I'd be shocked if Nesta didn't flip too.
Good to see that we're identifying and going after targets that are wanted by the elite. Lets see what kind of product we put on the field and see if we can keep them.

Gotta be honest, but it looks like he aint coming. Not worried about the guys we have committed, but weve seen this Campbell movie before. Buddy looks to be buying what that scumbag Urb is selling him, which is crazy, bc given the way he did Torrance Gibson, OSU shouldnt even be allowed to even sniff the air around Heritage let alone be able to recruit one of their players.
