Michigan transfer Tre Donaldson announced his commitment to the Hurricanes on Tuesday afternoon. The 6-foot-3 guard entered the transfer portal the day before and quickly decided to join the Hurricanes just one day later.

Looks like Malik leaked the news a bit early (if you could read between the lines)

I fully expect him to get a few Techs this year...he talks a lot of ****. He seems to be able to back it up.

Donaldson is ranked as the No. 163 overall prospect in the transfer portal, according to On3’s rankings, and the No. 38 point guard.

So a bench player?
