Ok, how about this:

If we land PS2, I ban Jagr
If we don't land PS2, I ban Jagr

Per Ivins:

-Campbell will arrive this afternoon with mom and dad. He thinks dad is all UGA, but hard to see where TC is leaning
-Surtain will be in Miami with mom and dad too (dad did not make the trip to LSU)
-He still thinks Nesta will ink with the Canes. The Gators would be a threat if Rumph (Chris) had stayed
-Chatfield 50/50. If he comes with the others we good.
-Dugans and Brown at Ezzard's home today

surtain's dad did not make the trip to Clemson** not LSU

both his parents went to LSU

Clemson never really had a shot late in this one so doesn't help or hurt us

He said his dad is on board with Tyson going to UGA that's a far cry from him being "all UGA."

The levels of salt are high with all of these kids that didn't get the offers. Makes me happy. Means the hometown offer means something again.
That's true but we offered Schwartz didn't we?

Either way youre right these kids really hating what Miami is becoming

No. He had the same sort of ATTENTION buddy from booker t had. He was a kid we told we had interest in seeing how they progressed.

Just to clarify, Schwartz wanted in but was never given the opportunity to by our staff.

This one, I feel, was a questionable move. Schwartz is an intriguing prospect for many reasons.

Not questioning that. Id just like an explanation on those many reasons if you dont mind. Ill give you he has world class speed. What other reasons does he have?

Last time i heard "he is trolling x school" the only one getting trolled was our coaches. (Jobe)

Nesta is not trolling the gators or anyone, he is 100% canes but these kids literally give likes to anything on twitter doesn't matter what that is. I'd worry more about what they actually say or tweet rather than what they give likes to.

ESPN Signing Day Coverage schedule. Nesta not shown on the list but I doubt they would kick him off the stage. Also interesting to note that even with our potential for a top 5 class if we close, ESPN is not sending anyone to cover Miami

So, it's not alphabetical. I wonder if there is a reason SECPN likes to put Miami last on the list of possible schools EVERY TIME!

How is it not alphabetical? I see one instance (USC before Tennessee for Olaijah Griffin) where it is not in alphabetical order which is likely an oversight considering every other one is (and they may be going off the 'S' in that case which would mean it is not an oversight).

You know what? I have to say I had a MAJOR brainfart there. OOOPS. Jesus, these years I have had to spend living in Alabama and just outside of Athens are taking their toll :stupid:

When in Rome I guess.....

Also Tommy Bush's isn't alphabetical. But most are

He would have been the 4th WR in this class and you can afford to take a flyer on a guy like him. A guy like him isn’t going to start for you but imo, you can always draw up plays for an elite guy like this (jet sweeps, drag routes, fly routes and not t mention special teams) It’s not like he was an elite track guy who happened to play football - he is a decent football player. There is track speed and then there is elite track speed and he has that. Always worth taking a flyer on a guy like that imo

Those many reasons you listed all boil down to just speed. You can just say that.

I thought Schwartz just wanted the offer, I never believed he was serious about actually enrolling. I thought he was SEC all the way because of his Olympic aspirations.

I'd have medaled in skeet shooting.

Ok. Personally i dont feel his ELITE track speed transitions to pads & the field. He does have plenty of speed though. However with the 3 we already had and only a debate as to if we bother to take 4 would you still take him over jacob Copeland, Warren Thompson or ezzard? Cause ezzard is our 4th reciever & we turned down both Copeland & Thompson. You might as well add grimes to that also cause he begged us to transfer in. Would you take the Schwartz is with you over any of them? For me the answer is a simple no. Only one i take him over is buddy from booker t.

Why does everyone swoon over the Swarcht speed but then discount the Bethel speed? Are they that far apart?
