What's the purpose in not sending Chatfield an NLI?
Likely because he told staff he wasnt coming. So then you wouldnt send one.

Ya i'm not buying the "we only wanted him for the other AH3" bs. Kid's a good player but heart was set on UF way before we offered. Girlfriend going there + promise of early playing time likely pushed him back in that direction. Can't fault him since he didn't troll or chit on us in any way.

I'm also not buying this Surtain to LSU heat up...how can "insiders" go from saying he cooled on them and had questions about Coach O, then 3 days before signing day say "well we're not sure where he's going but he previously loved LSU so he's going there?"

I’ve always found it odd that the DPOY for broward county didn’t have an offer from any of the big 3 till July 2017 and that was the gates in full spiral mode. FSU offeredwhen when erkel got hired but at least he offered when he was at Oregon. Just like we all don’t know what’s going to happen tomorrow we don’t know why no one offered him early. Has that ever happened before? A guy like that gets offered at least his sophomore year by someone. It’s not like he was late bloomer like Ojomo or miller. He was producing down here at a high level. Has to be some back story to him. Suck eyes dropped him like a hot potato when they knew nesta wasn’t coming. I thdon’t no they all go theire separate ways and hat playing together was all BS just take build hype.

I can assure you of one thing. Chat clearly let it leak he was not getting a NLI. No way the UM staff would let that leak out of fear it could negatively impact his friends who may be on the fence.
