Did you forget you're talking about CIS? If we got Jerome Brown, Wilfork, Cortez and Maryland in the portal this year, at least one person would be griping yea, but they whiffed on some DT from Northeast LA State.

OP updated. Let's see if I will continue to need to eat crow with this new wording. If so, I will happily do so. Given that we've not yet hit the 3-4 whales everyone was hoping for in the disappointing results so far with HS DT recruiting

Did we recruit Johnson at all?

Given the disappointing results so far with that we've not yet hit the 3-4 whales everyone was hoping for in HS DT recruiting and our non-existent DT depth, DTs clearly will need to be a priority in the 2024 portal cycle. Problem is, not sure how many (if any) really elite DTS hit the portal.
