I think priorities have changed since NIL became pretty much unregulated. Players don’t care as much about extravagant facilities. They want money.

So...just as I told people...

The part of the plan that is physically the farthest away from the Towers will be done first (IPF expansion).

The parking garage will likely be done next, as the Towers replacement dorms are completed.

Finally, the football facility will be built to connect the parking garage to the IPF expansion.

Good talk. Can we revisit this thread in 2 years?
