Yep.
They did kinda the same thing that UF did with Mertz.
Don’t ask him to do much, don’t run the offense through him.
The difference is Mertz wasn’t asked to throw the ball downfield. Whereas DJU was just asked to use play action and throw it downfield.
But both required the OC to baby proof the offense to stop them from hurting themselves.

You probably feel okay enough about him if you’re FSU if you think you can run the ball enough and bully opposing defenses enough to limit DJU’s impact on the game. But if they can’t, it’s going to be a struggle.
