2026 Zion Elee 5* DE From Baltimore (St Frances) initially commits to Maryland

First brought to our attention by @FromDeeeeep , On3 has him as the #1 recruit in the 2026 cycle. We weren't initially in his list of Top school but Mario made the finals. Fong crystal balled him to the Ducks today, so there's a lot of work to do to turn this around.

Not good that Fong RPMed him to Oregon, but if Mario can get him to the F$U game, the field may level out. Long way to go in this recruitment. For some reason, the spidey senses are tingling here about a visit (no inside info though).

@FromDeeeeep gave me the heads up that Miami really wants 5* DE Zion Elee to visit before he narrows his list down to a Top 5. Was waiting for a tweet, but hasn't come out yet.

This is what I heard too. That they're willing to spend but the Maryland athletic dept is a joke.
