We need Van Dyke and Jacurri back next year (and obviously a new OC with his staff).. if we get those 3 things, we'll be fine...

The telling part was who played 98% of the game after TVD went out last week. It was Jacurri not Garcia. That told me Jacurri has based him on the depth chart.

Good bet Ponce isn't QB coach if a new OC is hired. OC needs to also be QB whisper &, if Ponce stays, assign him to off-field, support staff role. If TVD moves on, experienced QB needs to come out of the portal.
