Just saw that Finnie's arrest was at the top of the Sports NCAA Football headlines.....really??

What's really funny is reading all of the jack-wagon responses from these douche-troll haters out there about "shutting the program down".....what a bunch of self-absorbed schmucks.

Gotta love the hate....

It's gonna feel great when we are playing in a BCS game or better for the next few years! For the first time in a long while, I actually believe this!
Living in jacksonville, I can't wait to rub it in their face when we beat those gators!

***** Yahoo! The new Principal at my school is named Charles Robinson, now I know it's not the same person, but I'm having a real problem having to see that name in my building all the time.

So TRUE!!! I live in Jacksonville Beach and am so sick of hearing from all the gayturds and SEC BS, it's disgusting. The SEC is a corporation that Mike Slive and it's investors are capitalizing and fixing their teams to be in the top 10 year in and year out. It's a business and they are scheming the whole country. He should be in prison along side Shapiro. Those are two peas in a pod. Go Canes 13!!

Everything they do is going to be anti-Miami, can you imagine how dumb they will look if we end up getting a slap on the wrist after all the work they've put in to trying to make us out to be the villain.

I hate Yahoo as much as the next 'Canes fan, but they are merely illustrating the point that people are still interested in Miami. The problem is, despite the good things that Golden is doing, while we are still only winning 7 games a year the bad stuff is going to get more clicks, which is the Yahoo business model. That will change when these young guys start winning.

If you want to hear real vitriol for Miami, watch a game from the late 80's and early 90's. The announcers didn't even try to hide their anti-Miami sentiments. I don't know that there as ever been anything like that on a major network (outside of Foxnews, CNN, etc...).

What is going to really **** me off is when Golden does turn things around and Yahoo is making money writing feel good stories about what a great job he has done bringing Miami back from the mess that they themselves created.

I don't know about that late 80's early 90's anti-Miami announcer-ism.....that still goes on even today. Maybe not as bad as it was back then, but it still goes on. Like Hawkins screaming "YES!" after NC got that 2 point conversion against us this season......freakin' ridiculous. At least it has for most of the Miami games I have watched in past few years. It's still there...and I don't think it's ever going to go away until hopefully we can get some of these old dinosaur broadcasters out of here and bring in some new blood.

And how about these hose-job referee calls we always seem to get? Is that ever going to stop?? Golden needs to start raising some serious **** about this ref crap.

Haters gon hate, I guess...

Guys, I've been a hard-core Hurricane fan since 1974.

You ain't seen hate. Yet.

Just wait until we start clawing our way back to the top, knocking off big schools who have large followings - especially among the "sports pros."

That family thing at the U? It was the only way to not only survive the hatred of the U, but to provide a bullet-proof shelter to operate within. Our older players used this hatred to fuel their performance.

Just about every Catholic in the nation is a de facto Notre Dam fan. Regardless if they pull for another team, they normally pull for Notre ****. And we screwed them over time and again by beating their asses, and they screwed us over with the referees.

Yahoo is a bunch of amateurs. We ain't seen nothin' yet. Just give it a few more years.

The double standard will never cease to irritate me.

The turds can have dozens of arrests that hardly register on the radar but we are front page news. I despise LAZY journalists and mouth breathing readers posting their age old prejudiced opinions.

I didn't know there were that many Jacksonville area Canes on here, COOL! I try and rep the U to the local radio folks as much as I can, but Dan and Jeff hang up on me as much as they can.

Well stated - it's why we love our boys.

Anything Miami related equal clicks. Clicks equal revenue. I wonder how much money was made off of their last few articles related to Miami.
