wtf, uga?!

UGA should always be towards the top. Nice school, good weather, lots of tail, and quality recruits in state.

I wonder if this kid is real, or is he just playing the game. I mentioned before that the renewed interest in sherit might be a sign, that we are loosing Thomas. Eventhough my peeps in tha city say he is a silent UM commit. Would realy hate to loose the biggest fish in our waters.

Can't understand why us recruiting Sherit would affect his outlook; that doesn't smell right.

Not really worried yet, because AG and staff will be ALL over this kid 'til the end, and he's got to know he's a priority kid. Gotta go get D$ and Peter A's take on this one......

Cause the kid knows he is a DE on the next level. Not too worried, if we field a solid product this yr (8 wins) and get this ncaa thing out of the way we will get the guys we want in the end.

Similar to the T Howard recruitment it seems. Hoping for the same end result.

Can't take what he says seriously anymore. On the two other sites he's had interviews in the past couple days where one he has Alabama, FSU, UGA then Miami and in the other he says he has no leaders.

like I said, recruiting doesn't really get serious until the season is over (for the most part). You are bound to get tossed headscratching statements from prospects month to month....the variability is funny. This is the price you will pay for following recruiting all year round. Yes, I am as guilty as anyone for doing this, but I'm starting to catch on. LOL at anyone that actually cares about any 'commits' we get for 2014 right now. Those kids are not 'committed' and will change their minds a million times before its time to get serious.

"valid" point.

I've read the rumors about him being a Cane lock, etc. While he may end up in Coral gables, there is no such thing as a lock. There is no such thing as a silent -not from my vantage point. Recruiting is fluid, always has been, always will be. Thomas aint doing nothing new. His gimmicks are played out, tons of prospects pulled the same **** he is trying to -******** with reporters, fans, etc. The "kid" is probably enjoying his time in the limelight.

Ice is his coach; that bodes well for us. His family wants him here; that also bodes well for us. He has friends and teammates on the squad; that bodes well for us.

Bottom line: It aint even close to February AND the ink aint even close to dry. Forget these kids; let the coaches stress over them. LOL: I'll focus on handling my business for the interim, and hope MT does also.

Personally I find this whole situation refreshing...... Finally we have a high profile recruit that is as close to "Miami Lock " as a kid can possible be out TROLLING the rest of the nation.......

Finally we as Cane Fans get to see the view from the other side of the fence........

Many Thanks go out to coach Golden & his Staff.......

Athens is a great place, I spent many years there is grad school and can see the appeal. Great atmosphere, tons of ***, and Athens is a really cool place unlike many other SEC towns (Tuscaloosa, Columbus, Starkville etc). Despite that I am optimistic that this will turn out well.

Always keep in mind that what these kids say publicly is often different (sometimes the opposite) from what they say privately.
