WTF happened to Darius Smith????

Last year this kid was ballin. He was nicknamed the plug bcuz he was impossible to run thru. Granted he also weighed 340 pounds last year and would get winded sometimes but **** he balled last year.

This year, he ate salads and **** and dropped to 300 and he just absolutely sucked.

What happened to this kid?

I think they realized he wasn't a difference maker, so they played the young guys. Darius never developed the feet. Golden said before the season started that Smith had to be more than "hard to block". He never became more than that, so they moved on.
