During Tuesday’s spring practice, WR coach Kevin Beard was estatic running up and down the IPF chanting “siete is back, siete is back”, referencing the return of CJ Daniels to practice. The WR coach spoke to the media afterwards and here’s what he had to say:

Toney is going to be a big time player for us - all kids just aren’t dedicated and want it bad enough

“He has no fear, he puts the work in outside of the football field to allow himself to come out here fearless. That's something that you can't watch a highlight tape and get“

My oldest son is graduating in June and recently committed to play Division 2 football at Ferrum College in Virginia - I’ve been telling him that it isn’t what you do on the field that separates you, it’s what you do off the field with preparation, taking care of your body, eating right - like you have to fall in love with the film room/training room/facilities….and that’s just to give yourself A CHANCE to be really good.
 
CJ is a know commodity at this point. Jojo is our most talented aside from maybe Josh Moore but Moore is raw.

Ray Ray, im not sure im believing the hype, I heard he shredded some weight and is quicker but I dont see it with him on the field as far as instinct. that being said, I hope I wrong.

Im a true believer that Toney is going to play early. that kid just wants it so bad.

We will see when it comes closer to the season, but Ray Ray does look to have made a real jump in my eyes

I just don't know if we really did hit big time with the three freshmen or if we're just trying to convince ourselves cuz we really need them this year to be that, and on top of that hoping CJ is back to Liberty form. Big year to see if Beard is that guy or not.

Buddy none of us will know until fall. Take it easy on yourself.
 
CJ, JoJo and Ray Ray until the portal WR comes in. Could this change in Fall Camp? Sure it's possible. Right now, that is my top 4 going into the season. We will see.
