If or when we get hit with scholarship reductions do you think Al looks for more players that are currently playing JUCO ball. I guess my theory is with limited scholarships we won't have time to let certain positions like DL develop. We need guys that can come in and contribute right away and then leave. What positions do you think we would see this in the most. My thought is the OL and DL.

Become the Kentucky of football ?

actually would just be like K State. they are heavy on going the JUCO route.

but under probation that's the time to take advantage of lowered expectations and be patient with guys so by the time you are off probation they are ready to do big things.

So does the last decade fall into the lowered expectations category?

I'd like to see JC kids recruited more, but it seems there is always clearinghouse or some other qualifying issue with JC kids and the JAGs get into Miami while the elite kids head to other schools.

expectations were never lowered besides for one year at the most - the first year 2008 guys got in since we knew there would be growing pains with so many freshmen starting. lowered results not lowered expectations.
