Do the players lift all throughout the year or only during certain time frames. Utough is in between the end of the season and spring correct?

As a strength and conditioning coach myself I can tell you they lift year round. That is why top S&C coaches are priority for a staff because they are allowed year long access to the players unlike the other coaches. The only difference between Utough and in season is the intensity and extent of Utough as they are getting their weight up but in season they are trying to maintain weight/strength and improve conditioning.

Excellent response. Most coaches talk about how their S&C coaches are the most important coaches cause they have to most contact with players throughout the year.
 
Hey, good insight. Question I have is does UTough pick up after spring practice and run through start of summer camp? Is it part of spring practice or continue during spring practice?

I believe it continues after Spring ball.
 
Utough ends when spring ball starts. After spring and during the summer the team lifts and runs. During the summer while guys are in summer classes. The NCAA allows approximately eight hours a week for monitored conditioning via the sc coach.
