As a strength and conditioning coach myself I can tell you they lift year round. That is why top S&C coaches are priority for a staff because they are allowed year long access to the players unlike the other coaches. The only difference between Utough and in season is the intensity and extent of Utough as they are getting their weight up but in season they are trying to maintain weight/strength and improve conditioning.

Hey, good insight. Question I have is does UTough pick up after spring practice and run through start of summer camp? Is it part of spring practice or continue during spring practice?
