It seems as though our recruiting operations has lost a lot of its professionalism and organization. I'm sure he was holding people accountable and carried a lot of influence over how things were done.

Zo leaving gave Dennis Smith a much larger role and I saw him for the first time at the hotel in Syracuse. He carries himself like an untrustworthy, club promoter. Type of dude you wouldn't trust your daughter around.

I still trust Mario to bring in talent. But hopefully he recognizes this clown is a behind the scenes errand boy. Not the type of guy who handles the business operations and key relationships for our recruiting department.

Has nothing to do with ZO.1-3 to end the season after barely surviving against inferior teams earlier in the season and also lacking the cash to compete with the wealthy schools.
We have 2 losses

Let’s look at our Evan’s under Zo. We missed on Brooks, Brown and Clark from LV alone. It all comes down to Guidry.

theyre gonna twist themselves in a knot trying to blame everyone but the head man
I think everyone blames Mario tbh but he ain’t going anywhere anytime soon so you gotta try and unravel the mystery from lower down the list 😂

If Zo was so important please provide a list of the best players he was specifically involved in evaluating and signing.

At the time I remember it being said he was a key piece of Marquise Lightfoot’s commitment. Hard to decipher these things from the outside looking in though.
